We are currentley seeking

* Manager/ess - Having a good working knowledge gained through time & experience, you will be a hardworking, resonsible person whose career has progressed forward within the catering industry. You will be trustworthy, ambitious, and above all a valuable addition to our workforce.

* Bar personnel, must have working knowledge & experience of all aspects of bar work, along with a modicum of cocktail making experience

* Mature & experienced waiter/waitress to work”hands on" in a supervisory capacity directing & orchestrating other members of the waiting staff. You will liaise between both Kitchen & front of house to create & maintain a smooth working environment

* Waiters/Waitress with experience in a busy working environment. Smart & intelligent with a pleasant disposition & solid work ethics.
